I have experienced many modalities of healing, all of which I still enjoy and find value in, but The Spiral Return is unlike any healing or meditative session I have ever experienced. I have experienced a very deep sense of release throughout the night and the next day. These attachments and judgements were causing me a great deal of pain and my body has gone through profound shifting. “I was gently led into a golden spiral return, the vision I held in my  third eye. It enveloped  me, and I could feel that gentle rotation, and it’s lifting of energies. I was opening up to release some deep patterns of confusion and shame, which I was able to integrate with acceptance & self-love. It was soft and supportive. 
My goal in this session was to achieve balance.  I received so much more. My little girl came to me and we worked to gain sovereignty and support for each other‘s journey. I felt deep, emotional peace when we were merging, and our hearts breathed in unison for a toroidal field of energy that would leave my chest, bursting out its energy forward and receiving the same love and support in my back.
My lasting and strong vision was me sitting in this beautiful golden light with colored heart shaped balloons lifting ever so gently into the air. I felt emotional harmony as these balloons were just lightweight memories now, no longer tethered.  
I left that session feeling empowered to be able to return, at any point, into my own golden spiral for healing and support.

Here in the south, the spiral of life is a standout experience. I am taken to the three corners of the curve and into the deep beauty of the meditative soul who knows how to pull the beauty out into a place where I can feel how much is there. The intrinsic beauty of the art matches where I am taken to a higher place of understanding. That I can be as happy inside the art as I am inside the understanding and the relationship.
